These terms govern your use of digiaeon.com. They are short by design, because a marketing website should not need a contract to read. Client work is a different matter and is governed by its own signed agreement.
Scope
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work. Engagements with Digiaeon Services Pvt Ltd are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement — a master services agreement and statement of work — signed by both parties.
Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins. These terms never reduce rights you have under that contract.
Acceptable use
Read the site, quote it, share it, print it. That is what it is for.
Do not use the contact form for bulk marketing, recruitment spam, or automated submissions. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or place load on it that a reasonable person would call an attack.
Security testing requires our prior written permission. If you find a vulnerability without looking for one, tell us at hello@digiaeon.com and we will treat the report seriously and act in good faith.
Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent an affiliation with Digiaeon, or use the site in a way that breaks Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, or the law that applies where you are.
Intellectual property
The text, code, design, layout, diagrams, wordmark and logo on this site belong to Digiaeon Services Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may quote a reasonable extract with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, reproduce it as your own marketing material, or resell it. You may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Third-party technology names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. We name the tools we use because it is more useful than being vague, not to imply a partnership, certification or endorsement.
Anything you send us through the contact form remains yours. You give us only what is necessary to read it, reply to it, and keep the record described in our privacy policy.
Blueprints and insights are informational
Our blueprints are reference architectures. They describe how we would build a class of system and which tradeoffs we would accept, based on our engineering judgement. They are not case studies and do not describe delivered work for a named client.
Numbers presented alongside them are design targets or typical ranges, labelled as such. They are not guarantees, forecasts or promises of a result in your environment.
Nothing on this site is professional advice — legal, regulatory, medical, financial, tax or investment. Architecture is contextual. Verify anything here against your own constraints, and take proper advice before acting on it.
Third-party links
The site links to documentation, open-source projects and other external material. We do not control those sites, do not monitor them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Once you follow a link out, that site’s terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Availability, and what we do not warrant
The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may change, move or remove any part of it without notice.
We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but technology moves and some of it will age. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows us to say so.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digiaeon Services Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost business, lost data or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability arising from the site is limited to ten thousand Indian rupees, reflecting that the site is provided free of charge and forms no part of a paid engagement. Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this clause.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-excludable right you have as a consumer.
Indemnity
If you use the site in breach of these terms or in breach of the law, and a third-party claim against us results, you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees that follow directly from it.
This is limited to your own conduct. It does not extend to claims arising from our own acts, omissions or content.
Your data
How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Chandigarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site or these terms.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revised version is posted here with a new date at the top, and it takes effect when posted.
Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we flag it on the page for a reasonable period.

Review status
These terms are a drafting template written to match how this site actually works. They are not a substitute for legal advice and have not been settled by counsel. Have a qualified Indian lawyer review and adapt them — particularly the liability cap, the indemnity and the jurisdiction clause — before the site goes live.
